Post & Gate™ exists to help couples and families build lives centered on God's Word — through conversation, teaching, resources, small groups, books, and marriage experiences. The name comes from Deuteronomy 6:9: Write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.
The mission is simple. Help people build households that hold. Help marriages become foundations — not afterthoughts. Help families pass faith to the next generation on purpose, not by accident.
We are a husband and wife who have been in this for twenty-seven years, and who believe that the most important ministry happens inside the home — before it ever reaches a stage or a program.

Our Story

We help Christian couples (re)build their marriage on a foundation they may have never had before.
Caleb and Carla Nelson have been married twenty-seven years. They have five children and have operated multiple businesses together. They have led couples through the FAVE framework — Foundation, Agreement, Vision, Execution — in homes, churches, and private settings since 1999.
Their marriage has not been lived in theory. They have walked through financial collapse, cancer, fear-based decision making, and every form of pressure that comes with nearly three decades of building a life together. The night Caleb sat in a hospital room and was told Carla would not be there by Thanksgiving — that was not a story they read. That was their life. And God held it.
Post & Gate™ was not built from a curriculum. It was built from a marriage. Their credential is not a certification. It is a testimony.
